Via I-95:

Take I-95 to Rt 141 North (Newport exit) in Delaware. Take Rt 141 North approximately 1.3 miles to Rt 62 & Boxwood Road exit. At top of exit ramp, turn left at traffic light, go about 1/8 mile to T-intersection, and turn right onto Rt 62 West. Proceed on Rt 62 West about 1.0 mile to intersection with Rt 2 (Kirkwood Highway traffic light). Continue straight across Rt 2, at which point Rt 62 becomes Rt 41 North (Newport Gap Pike). Proceed north on Rt 41 for about 3.3 miles. Bear left onto Lancaster Pike (still Rt 41). After passing the Sanford School and Sanford Ridge neighborhood on your left, watch for Hockessin Montessori School sign on left. Turn LEFT at signs for Hockessin Montessori School. If you reach traffic light at Brackenville Rd you have gone too far.

Via PA US 1:

From I-476 Blue Route, exit 5; take US 1 South approximately 27 miles to Route 41 (Avondale exit). Take Route 41 South approximately 8 miles through the fourth traffic light in Delaware at Brackenville Rd. Cross Brackenville Rd and take the next right. The Montessori School will be directly across from you at the stop sign.

PARKING RULES FOR HOCKESSIN MONTESSORI SCHOOL:

• Vehicles must enter at the front of the school on Old Lancaster Pike and drive around on the loop road to the back of the school. This is a ONE Way Road and vehicles need to exit from the field from the rear of the school following the loop road to the bottom of the hill, back onto Old Lancaster Pike. Please drive slowly and carefully.

• It is very important that there is NO PARKING ON THE ROADWAY SINCE IT IS A FIRE LANE and NO parking on the grass or gravel driveway.

• Only water, no sports drinks or food on the field. Teams and families should not leave any trash on the field or any other area of the campus. There are trash cans at the outside of the field gate.

• Important: Only teams are allowed on the field during the games – the INSURANCE Company requires this compliance. Spectators have their best vantage point from the grass area overlooking the field. They can get closer to the action on the field in the area outside the gate along the touchline but will need to view the game through the fence.

• Please keep the gravel driveway completely open. In the event of an injury a vehicle or ambulance can back down the gravel driveway to the field gate entrance. VEHICLES must NOT drive onto the turf field.

• When your team is done with your scheduled time on the field, please lock and close the gate when you leave the field.
